COIN.MOM

First public build for a Czech crypto start-up

The
first
mobile
crypto
exchange

A Czech start-up asked us to help build COIN.MOM — their first mobile crypto exchange.

COIN.MOM lets people buy, swap and sell crypto from a mobile account, quickly, with security in front and no commission line.

The product UI stays quiet so the app is easy to use; motion on the marketing site does the talking and keeps the path obvious.

A long pass went into how the product looks and how it feels in the hand — not just how the API answers.

A start-up that cannot add a market without a rewrite is already late.

The stack is ready for the load of a new country. The client can chase the market; wiring the next locale is a config step, not a rebuild.

COIN.MOM is money software, so security was not a later ticket. Request hardening, two-factor login, and encryption on the maths and on traffic between services were in the first plan.

The product did not exist yet, so we sat as builders and as product counsel. Odd problems got a joint answer, not a silent ticket.
